Freight broker agent jobs

Freight broker agent job placement.

A lot of people ask me how to get a job as a freight broker. Here's how it works at Freight University: finish the free course, earn the PLSP certification, and we can introduce you to broker agencies that have told us they're interested in hiring our graduates.

Straight talk

What placement is, and what it isn't

Placement is an introduction, not a guarantee. I won't promise you a job or a paycheck, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What I can tell you is that agencies want agents who already understand the whole circle: how to find and keep a shipper, how to vet and treat a carrier, how to stay compliant. That's what the course teaches, and the certification is how you show it.

That's why certification is mandatory for placement. It tells an agency you didn't just watch some videos. You learned the work and passed the exam.

The idea Freight University is built on

You're not just a broker agent. You're a PLSP.

An agency is hiring a Professional Logistics Service Provider: someone with real services and skills who helps shippers move freight and helps carriers stay alive and grow. That's who Freight University trains, and the curriculum teaches every one of those skills.

Yes. Completing the free course and earning the PLSP certification ($125) is required before we introduce you to agencies.
