Freight broker training
How to become a freight broker.
You can get a broker license and still not have a business. I teach brokering as a service to the shipper and the carrier, because you're not just a freight broker. You're the one who keeps the freight, and the carriers who haul it, moving.

What a freight broker really does
A license is permission. The deal is the business.
A freight broker connects a shipper who has freight with a carrier who can move it. That sounds simple. What makes a broker last is how they treat both sides. Squeeze the carrier on every load and you'll run out of trucks you can trust. Overpromise the shipper and you'll lose the account.
I teach brokering in a circle. The load you book today builds the relationship that brings tomorrow's freight. And the small carrier you pay fairly and on time is the capacity that lets you say yes to your next shipper. When the carrier stays alive and grows, so does your brokerage.

You're a Professional Logistics Service Provider.
Brokering is one service. Dispatching is another. Helping a carrier build and grow is another. I built Freight University around the person who can offer all of them: the Professional Logistics Service Provider, or PLSP. You have services and skills, and the curriculum teaches them. The course is free, and the PLSP certification is an optional $125 step after it.
